Gingivitis can lead to gum disease and worse if you don’t get it taken care of. So what is it and how will you be able to tell if you have it or not?

If you notice when you brush or floss that your gums start to bleed, you may have the onset of gingivitis or worse. When you break up with a love one, it is hard to avoid some painful emotions.  You feel sad, depressed and hurt, and you miss them.  What should I do to get my ex back?   becomes a question that you may constantly ask yourself.

Dont be fearful of loving relations.  This is mandatory for life health and growth.  The majority of you have learned from experience, that lack ofability to live in harmony with another is responsible for many of the fears ; stresses ; and psychological sicknesses.  Even those that hunger for closeness and understanding often find that there’s nowhere you can turn for help. 

Unable to find help, you will continue to engage blindly in adistressing, unsatisfactory relationship, which will sap all your energies.  Often one will find that they lack the strength and knowledge to meet the demands of relating. 

People have obviously not learned much from past years.  Noone has stopped to think that humans are not born with views concerning other people one must be taught.  It is up to the individual to discover new solutions and learn new patterns or relating. 

Dont be afraid!  Anything that has been learned can be unlearned and relearned.  It’s only in this process of change that real hope lays.  Take time to oneself and focus on the relationship you are wanting.  Enter into the relationship aware of the advantages and drawbacks.  Never get to comfy in a relationship ; failure might be lurking around the corner.

One sad thing about the human condition is that we are not honest all the time. Unfortunately people lie and sometimes your spouse cheats on you.  Or your kids could be lying to you about the people that they are hanging out with.  In times past you really couldn’t monitor this.  But with the advance of information and the internet you now can.

Take a cheating spouse for example.They may have been able to escape from being caught with these things in the past.  But now a careless cheating spouse could be caught by the numbers on their phone. It is a common knowledge for all cell phone users that phones have the ability to store a record of its call history. Well if you do a reverse lookup by phone number a spouse that suspects that their lover is cheating can find out who that unknown number is. You don’t have the means to do that back then.What is usually done then to find out who the caller is is to call the number and try yo recognize the voice on the other line. It is no longer the case.

I went from being with a man I honestly thought I was going to marry (he did propose in a fashion) to absolutely bereft & on my own - even his entire family have cut us like a cancer. Where does that come from? A family I regarded as my second family - loved a lot. My teenage daughter also reeling at the loss of people she loved & respected. No real explanations that carry meaning - just platitudes about needing space, about financial stress… but we were in this together so anything was surmountable wasn’t it? Obviously not! With this kind of heartbreak it’s easy to slip into constant misery. Easy to want to go to sleep & never wake up - but not an answer for anyone. Least of all for loved family members who will feel helpless but incredibly sympathetic.
